How to apply:Starting on your smallest finger, apply your first coat of Nail Polish. Coat each nail with color, leaving your thumb for last. Apply a second coat to each nail, to even out the color and eliminate streaks. Let polish dry for 2 minutes before applying Quick Dry Top Coat.
